 KATHY HALPIN - Operations Manager

Kathy has over 15 years’ experience in education and training in corporate education; including insurance and financial services, membership associations, and international migrant education. Kathy’s expertise spans e-Learning design, development and delivery, the management and administration of Learner Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS). A PRINCE2 certified Project Manager passionate about new and emerging technologies, Kathy now leads Omni3 business operations.

 

 

    

RENATA JDANOVA- Senior Project Manager

Renata has over 5 year’s experience in training-materials development and corporate education. Monitoring projects from start until final release, Renata finds it fascinating how source materials provided by the client can be transformed into an intuitive training course with clear structure, consistent terminology and a vibrant design.

 

 

      

PAUL DOUGLAS- Lead Multimedia Developer

Paul has over 15 years’ experience in developing eLearning courseware, Content Management Systems, CD-ROMS and desktop applications. With a strong focus on cross-browser compatibility and a passion for the latest web and mobile technologies, Paul is able to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions for a wide variety of clients.

 
       

CHRIS HUTCHINS - Lead Instructional Designer

Chris is Omni’s Lead Instructional Designer with over six years’ experience in the eLearning industry. He has helped develop certificate-based courses, blended learning solutions, rapid development modules and software simulation activities. Chris manages the Instructional Design and Graphic Design teams to deliver effective online courseware product to clients.

 

 

      

DARREN FRISINA  - Senior Graphic Designer

Darren has 10 years’ experience in user-interface design with a focus on web and mobile devices. His strong illustration skills and passion for interactive design are expressed in the intuitive and aesthetically pleasing experiences he creates for the end user. Darren has worked across many sectors, including the corporate, education and publishing sectors.
